How do I place an order step by step?
- Select the product you want, choose a size and add to cart and click "Complete Order".
- Continue shopping by logging into your account and creating a profile.
- The next step is to enter the user's details, select the delivery method, the payment method and confirm the order.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
In such a situation, first of all you should not accept the parcel from the courier. If the delivered parcel raises doubts and the packaging appears damaged, please refuse receipt and inform us of the situation. We will try to send you a new product as soon as possible or refund the amount paid.
A more thorough examination of the parcel is only possible after payment has been received and signed for. In fact, the courier is not obliged to participate in this process, but you can ask to wait. If the courier does not agree, you should remember (possibly remind the courier) that in case of damage, the courier will have to come again to draw up a damage report.
At the time the damage is detected and the report made, the parcel remains with the recipient. We guarantee that we will help you in the process of returning the product to our store and to the completion of the entire process.
I don't get any emails from Hyper Clothing. What can I do?
Check that the emails are not in the Spam/Spam folder. Check that the correct email address is listed in your Profile. If your email address is correct and the emails are not in your Spam/Spam folder, please contact us and we will help you.
Can I make changes to my order?
Contact our Customer Service Center. We will check what stage your order is at and confirm any changes to the delivery address or product change.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How long does it take for my delivery to arrive?
Once an order is successfully placed, the Hyper Clothing team will process and dispatch it and you can expect it within 1-5 working days.
Will the courier contact me before delivery?
Couriers are under no obligation to call the recipient of the parcel prior to delivery therefore we cannot guarantee this. This is an individual courier's choice, but from experience we can say that the courier will usually call the recipient before delivery (usually early in the morning on the same day)
Can I receive a shipment on Saturday?
- Shipments selected to be delivered to an address are delivered on business days only.
How can I check if my order has been shipped?
Order status information is available in My Profile (for registered users only). Automatic emails are sent to the email address you provide with information about the status of the order.
Can I postpone my order to a later date?
Of course, this is possible, but only up to the point where the product is not yet packed in our warehouse and not delivered to a courier. If the order is at the "realization" stage, please contact our Customer Service Center or write a warning for later delivery in the "Order Notes" field.
Orders can be delayed up to a maximum of 7 days.

Return and Exchange Policy?
Replacement of orders
Every Hyper Clothing Order arrives carefully and specially prepared for each of our customers. To avoid any unnecessary mix-ups, if you are unsure before ordering, you can take a look at each product description where you will find detailed information on size, contents and materials.
Replacement of your order is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, you can exchange for another size of the same product if it is still in stock or another available product of the same value.
The products you wish to exchange/return must meet the following criteria:
- Your Hyper Clothing product has not been worn
- Your Hyper Clothing product is in good commercial condition with no signs of use
- There is no damage to the packaging or box
- You have all the accessories and leaflets that come with your Hyper product
All you need to do is send in the products you wish to exchange, along with our completed returns and exchanges form with details of the product you are returning and the product you wish to exchange for and the exchange will be made.

Returning orders
If for any reason you have decided that you wish to return your purchased Hyper Clothing product within 14 days from the date of receipt and for us to refund your amount by bank transfer within 14 calendar days, once we have satisfied ourselves that the product meets the following criteria:
- Your Hyper Clothing product has not been worn- Your Hyper Clothing product is in good merchantable condition with no signs of use- There is no damage or breakage to the packaging or box- You have all the accessories and leaflets that come with your Hyper product.
All you need to do is download and print our return and exchange form, fill it out and put it in the box with the product you want to return or exchange and the return will be processed.

How long does it take to process a return?
Return of a specific payment will be made within 5 to 14 days, according to the conditions set out in the law and your completed form.
What documents do I need to prepare for the courier who will accept my return?
Put a return form in the parcel. A logistics return label will be provided by the courier.
How long does it take to process a claim?
Complaints shall be dealt with promptly but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the advertised product. In such a case, please contact the Customer Service Center at +359 87 9062800 and by email at office.hyperclothing@gmail.com
